ABOUT WINTER FANCY FOOD SHOW
The Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall is hosting the 48th annual Winter Fancy Food Show. The Specialty Food Association, one of the largest trade show organizers in the US, is behind this event. It features hundreds of exhibitors from various categories in the food and beverage industry, including restaurants, manufacturers, research developers, and distributors.
The Specialty Food Association, founded in 1952, is a membership for over 3,500 businesses shaping the future of food. They are a not-for-profit association representing specialty food entrepreneurs, importers, purveyors, artisans, retailers, distributors, and others in the food and beverage industry.
HOW CAN YOU ATTEND?
St. Charles Trading is excited to offer our customers and potential clients a free attendee badge! SFA will handle registration for buyers who haven’t signed up for the 2024 show yet. Only those in the food purchasing industry, like retailers, distributors, importers, and food service businesses, are eligible. Make sure to register before January 23, 2024. WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT AS AN ATTENDEE?
When you arrive there are multiple pavillions at the convention center:
Business Service: This pavilion is a meeting area for suppliers and their prospects and customers.
International: A section dedicated for products specifically from Asia, Europe, and South America.
US State: An area for specialty products to be highlighted from regional makers.
Diversity: This pavilion features diverse businesses that include ethnic minority, veteran, women, LGBTQ, and BIPOC owners.
First Time Exhibitor: Businesses that are welcomed and appreciated for showcasing their products at the Winter Fancy Food show for the first time.
Plant Based: Businesses that have the mission statement of using only plant based products.
Deli: Indulge in meat and cheese samples at this pavilion, deli manufactures will be exhibiting here.
Beverage: Sip on a new beverage at one of these pavilions and explore the beverage manufactures.
Bakery, Confectionary, Snacks, & Sweets: The sweetest part of the trade show will be tasting the delicious snacks suppliers have provided for guests.
HOW TO GET AROUND LAS VEGAS?
The Las Vegas Monorail provides convenient transportation by directly connecting to multiple Las Vegas Strip resort hotels. Trains arrive every few minutes at various stations including MGM Grand, Horseshoe/Paris, Flamingo/Caesars Palace, Harrah’s/TheLINQ, Boingo at Las Vegas Convention Center, Westgate Las Vegas, and SAHARA Las Vegas. The monorail operates from 7 a.m. to midnight on Mondays, 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. on Tuesday-Thursday, and 7 a.m. to 3 a.m. on Friday-Sunday.
At the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Vegas Loop offers free on-campus transportation covering the entire 200-acre center. Two one-way transporters provide a quicker alternative to walking, taking approximately two minutes.
Harry Reid International Airport, located just 2 miles from Las Vegas Boulevard and 3.5 miles from the Las Vegas Convention Center, serves as a local airport. Most hotels are within a 15-minute drive from the airport.
The Deuce Bus, a public transportation option, operates two routes – one downtown and one on the Strip. The Deuce on the Strip stops at nearly every resort, while the Downtown Loop shuttle takes travelers through downtown Las Vegas, the Arts District, and Fremont Street.
