The IFT FIRST Show 2024 brought together over 16,000 attendees and more than 1,000 exhibitors, offering a platform for scientific learning and networking. Key discussions revolved around artificial intelligence’s transformative impact on food science, the importance of understanding ultra-processed foods, and the necessity of partnerships to address global food challenges.
We were particularly impressed by the emphasis on “clean label” solutions, reflecting a consumer shift towards transparency and simplicity in food ingredients. This aligns with our mission to provide high-quality, natural ingredients that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
